– Whitening, Invisalign, and Veneers.

With time teeth tend to turn darker or stain depending on our habits. It is no secret most people prefer lighter shades. Tooth whitening is a very effective way of BRIGHTENING the color of your teeth without removing any of the tooth surfaces. It is not a complete color change but it will improve the way they look. You can either do it here in the office for an hour or at home over a week.

Again as always please visit us first to advise you on which option matches your lifestyle and needs better.

It is true that maligned teeth don’t cause dental decay but they definitely become much more difficult to clean leading, inevitably, to plaque and calculus accumulation and therefore to have a high risk caries profile and potentially periodontal problems. Also, and perhaps what bothers us the most, they don’t look nice. Unique yes… Nice… well, not necessarily.

Invisalign offers a great alternative to straighten our teeth without the esthetic compromises of traditional braces. Aligners are engineered to custom fit your teeth and apply exact forces that will shift your teeth slightly, moving them horizontally and vertically and even rotating them when needed. They move following a carefully designed treatment plan mapped by the doctor according to the esthetic and functional demands of each case.

Veneers are a great tool for solving minor esthetic needs. They are similar to crowns but much more conservative. They allow us to achieve wonderful esthetics without or with very minor tooth preparation. In other words, your teeth will remain largely intact.

We begin the process with a smile analysis to determine the steps required to achieve the smile you’ve always wanted. We will then try this in your mouth to be 100% sure that you will be happy with the final result. Then we sculpt each veneer with the best materials available to achieve the look you desire.

Unlike natural teeth, they resist staining (yes! coffee and wine) and can make dark teeth appear bright white. We can also use them to quickly fix minor twists, overlaps and small gaps.
